Project Overview

IAEC needed a more professional, consistent social presence to strengthen their digital credibility for grants and funding. I directed and developed a clear online voice through branded graphics, tighter copy, real-time event coverage, and metrics-driven strategy to keep their channels polished and purposeful.

The strategy was to create a polished, consistent digital voice through ongoing graphic design and social media management. I created cohesive visuals, wrote clear copy, and shared real-time event coverage that reflected their professionalism. I also used Agorapulse and Brandwatch to track performance metrics and refined strategy to keep their channels credible, current, and aligned with what funders expect. Along with writing critical captions filled with keywords, I researched the most performative hashtags to include for maximized results. Using targeted key phrases and member-led visuals, IAEC ensured its members’ specific capabilities were the highlight.

I led the team in creating a consistent, recognizable look across IAEC’s social media by applying their brand colors and visual system across every post. I also captured photo and video at events and posted in real time, balancing speed with polish. To improve engagement, we tested creative formats, tracked performance metrics, and made ongoing tweaks based on performative hashtags and keywords. I created captions that included keywords for maximized engagement. That progress and attention to detail helped make social the centerpiece of IAEC’s digital voice and led to an additional expansion where I refreshed the website and ongoing maintenance to match the same digital standard.
